Textarbeit im bilingualen deutsch-französischen Geschichtsunterricht: eine deskriptiv-interpretative Studie

This article attempts to give an overview of a qualitative study on bilingual learning. The study focused on the work with authentic texts in the history classroom where two languages, French and German, figure as the medium of instruction. The article describes the principle aims of the study, the research methodology, and it presents the main categories of analysis. Finally, some perspectives for further research are outlined on the basis of the main results of the study.
